These are pictures of the production M2 Cinema Lens Adapter fitted to a Sony Z1U HD Camera. These pictures show both the M2 adapter and the Rod Support System. The Lens is a Nikon ED : AF-S NIKKOR 28-70mm 1:2.8 D .

Note the M2 pictured here is a slightly different form factor than early prototype units - the production unit here is smaller, more compact, and slightly wider.
